Teachers on Moombix have the flexibility to set their own prices within a reasonable range of 30 - 300 GBP for 30-minute lessons. Both the teacher and student must agree on a booking for it to be confirmed. Moombix takes 20% commission of each lesson sold.

6. How does Moombix ensure safety during lessons?

Moombix records video clips from lessons. In the event of inappropriate behavior, students can report it, and Moombix will take appropriate measures to prevent further incidents. Children are not allowed to use Moombix without a parent or caretaker present during the lesson, ensuring a secure and monitored environment.

If a student experiences inappropriate behavior, they can report it through the platform. Moombix takes these reports seriously and will investigate to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.

  • However, when the teacher initiates the cancellation of a lesson by contacting the student, the lesson will be either refunded or rescheduled.
